Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy for Phonics Learn and Play Sessions
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the session to receive a refund or credit.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session will not be refunded or credited.

Cancellations with 48+ hours notice:
You will receive a full refund or credit towards future sessions, depending on your preference.
Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice:
No refund or credit will be issued. The session fee will be forfeited.
Block Booking Discounts:
If you have purchased a block booking at the discounted rate (£8.50 per session), cancellations are subject to the same 48-hour notice policy. Credits will be applied at the discounted rate.
We understand that sometimes exceptional circumstances may arise (illness, emergency, etc.). If you need to cancel a session with less than 48 hours notice due to exceptional circumstances, please contact us immediately:

We will review each case individually and may be able to offer a credit or reschedule your session.
If you do not attend a session and have not cancelled in advance, the session fee will be forfeited. We will not issue a refund or credit.
If you anticipate missing a session, please contact us as soon as possible to cancel and avoid losing your payment.
